APARTMENT LOCATING
OUR FREE SERVICE SAVES
YOU TIME AND MONEY
Lease Up is a local live work play lifestyle leasing brand that engages with and supports our community businesses and residents at the highest level. We are the first brand in South Florida to bridge two worlds that operate completely separate from one another in today's landscape - retail leasing and multifamily leasing. Our view is that convenient retail amenities should shape where you decide to live. We spend our day to day retail dealmaking which allows us to provide unique value via our apartment locator service that is very popular in other markets. Unlike residential realtors that help tenants find an apartment from time to time, Lease Up spends zero time on residential sales. With thousands of new apartments being built in South Florida every year, inventory and pricing change daily. Finding the perfect spot to live can really eat up your spare time. Lease Up makes apartment living made easy by offering you a FREE service to save time and money on the leasing process (daily price updates, personalized tours to accommodate your schedule, discounted moves and self-storage, furnished apartment options, etc).
We take the time to understand our client's retail patterns before guiding them to the right apartment and we inform our clients about all aspects of leasing - making the transition smooth for both the client and the property. We connect people with apartments for FREE. It’s our goal to find you the perfect apartment home for the absolute best price! We take the hassle and stress out of finding amazing apartments.

-
WHAT IS SELF PRORATING?Proration means dividing something up proportionally. So when we give you a self prorated price, we’ve divided any up-front specials/concessions that the property is offering you up across your entire lease term. Usually the property will put the special as a credit on your account, so you can divide it up yourself across your lease term.
